About
I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology with honours, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I later completed a second Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling at London South Bank University, a programme accredited by UK Addiction Professionals. These academic experiences have given me a strong foundation in mental health, with a focus on addiction and complex psychological difficulties.
My approach is integrative and holistic, taking into account both psychological and social factors that influence wellbeing. I draw on evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy. As an ISST-accredited Schema Therapist, I specialise in working with early maladaptive schemas, attachment patterns, and long-standing emotional difficulties, including personality-related challenges and the impact of trauma.
I have worked with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational difficulties. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an accredited professional with UK Addiction Professionals, and an ISST-accredited Schema Therapist. I engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development to ensure that my practice remains ethical, reflective, and informed by current research.
